Our apricots carry the Geographical Indication (GI) of Malatya. The unique microclimate allows the fruit to develop high sugar levels (Brix) naturally without additives.
We specialize in both Sulfured (Bright Orange) and Natural (Dark) apricots suitable for every market.
Sulphured: Treated with SO2 to preserve the vibrant orange color. Ideally suited for retail.
Natural: Sun-dried directly without sulphur. Dark brown color with intense caramel-like sweetness.
Size matters. We meticulously calibrate our apricots from Jumbo (Size 1) to Industrial (Size 8). Every box is inspected for moisture content and SO2 levels before shipment.
