Our raisins originate from the world-famous vineyards of Manisa and Izmir. Harvested in late August, the grapes are dried naturally under the hot sun to lock in the flavor.
We specialize in Ready-to-Use (RTU) raisins. From standard Grade A to premium Type 11 Gold, we ensure consistency.
Food safety is paramount. Our raisins undergo a rigorous cleaning process: destoning, washing, and Laser Sorting (Sortex) to remove all foreign material, stems, and cap-stems.
We offer the full spectrum of Turkish Sultanas based on color. Type 9 (Standard Brown), Type 10 (Light Brown), and the highly prized Type 11 (Golden Yellow). Oil treated to prevent clumping.
